If you parked your car in the Zalgirio Arena car park during the day and you don't manage to pick it up before the event time starts (3 hours before the event), there are two options. First: once the event starts, you will be charged a higher fee of €2/hour until you leave the car park. The second option is more convenient if you do not pick up your car for a few hours from the start of the event, in which case it may be preferable to buy a fixed event parking in ADC Parking.

Yes, you can scan tickets from a mobile device. Make sure your screen is not cracked, as it may hinder the scanning process.

Free parking is available in the parking lot of the shopping and entertainment center Akropolis for 4 hours, or other public parking spots in the city center of Kaunas.
After the event is finished, traffic from Zalgirio Arena and Kaunas Akropolis is blocked until the pedestrians have crossed the bridges from the arena. Depending on the number of spectators, traffic could be withheld for 30-40 minutes.

Tickets for all events can be purchased both in the Audi and RAMIRENT Premium Clubs from the available seats – you do not need to be a club member. By purchasing an event ticket, you are entitled to all the benefits of the club for the selected event.

During the major events the parking lot next to Zalgirio Arena is closed to public and is accessible only by accredited organizers, participants and VIP Skybox renters. We recommend taking public transport or taxi to the events. The Arena is within 5-10 minutes walking distance from the ‘Gedimino g.’, ‘Studentu skveras’ and ‘Griunvaldo g.’ bus stops.
Taxis are allowed to drive up to the arena only to drop off or pick up passengers.

After the major events (except amphitheater events and exhibitions) buses will take you home right from Zalgirio Arena. You can find out if there will be special buses after the event at the information for each event. Buses marked ŽA (ŽA2, ŽA3, ŽA4, ŽA5, ŽA6, ŽA7) run on six different routes and will take you to practically any part of the city. The price of the ŽA buses are identical to that of regular public transport trips and regular e-tickets are valid.

The Audi club is located in the central stand and boasts nearly 800 seats with the best view. Audi club season ticket holders will be offered unmatched comfort and privileges, spending their free time or organizing business meetings in the special Audi club environment.

Tickets for Zalgiris Kaunas games at Zalgirio Arena can be purchased:

2. At the Zalgirio Arena ticket office: 50 Karaliaus Mindaugo av., Kaunas. Opening hours: I-V: 16.00-20.00; during basketball games from 16.00 until one hour after the start of the game; VI-VII: opens two hours before the start of the basketball game - closes one hour after the start of the game.
Tickets for other events taking place at the Arena can be purchased on the website of the ticket distributor of the respective event. You can find the ticket distributor for each event in the events section.
People with reduced mobility who require access to the first floor of Zalgirio Arena will find it easiest to use the separate entrance on the left side of the main door. The ones seated in the VIP kyboxes or the stalls will find access through the zero floor VIP Skyboxes entrance. Elevators are available throughout the arena for improved mobility. Special parking is available in the zero floor of the parking lot and can be accessed via the Karmelitu bridge, going down to the bottom parking lot (under the roof).
The organizers of the event will announce which entrance is to be used for guests on the Zalgirio Arena website. If it is the 1st entrance, you will be able to access the SDG amphitheater by the A. Mickeviciaus pedestrian bridge. Upon reaching the crossing marked in black, follow it until you reach the entrance. If the 2nd entrance is announced, you should go behind Zalgirio Arena, towards the restaurant Sala. There will be signs and markings helping you along the way.

Sala Restaurant is open on weekdays from 11 am to 5 pm. From 11 am to 4:30 pm, the restaurant serves a "Business Lunch", the menu of which is available at https://wolt.com/lt/ltu/kaunas/restaurant/sala. To book a table in advance, call +37061432542 or send an e-mail to info@salarestoranas.lt.
