Legendary rockers The Offspring will perform in Lithuania for the first time

Legendary American rock band The Offspring in 2025. October 4 will appear for the first time in Lithuania, in Kaunas “Žalgiris” arena. This concert will be a special event for fans of rock music, as The Offspring is widely recognized as one of the most influential rock bands of recent decades.

The Offspring comes to Kaunas with their latest world tour “The Offspring: Supercharged Worldwide in ’25”, which is a real charge of energy and rock classics. This tour is designed not only to introduce fans to the latest songs of the band, but also to revive their cult hits that have left a bright mark in the history of rock music.

The group The Offspring was founded in 1984. in Garden Grove, California, and has released ten studio albums throughout his long career. The success of the group began with the release of the popular album “Smash”, which was a huge success: in 1994. the album that saw the light of day became the biggest independently released album in the history of music. It sold more than 11 million copies worldwide, which at the time was an extraordinary success for a band operating outside of the mainstream record labels.

The success of the Smash album attracted the attention of major labels, including Columbia Records, who signed The Offspring in 1996; their first album on the label, Ixnay on the Hombre (1997), was not as successful as its predecessor, but received favorable reviews and was certified gold and platinum by the RIAA. The group’s biggest success came with their fifth album, Americana (1998), which featured three singles – “Pretty Fly (For a White Guy)”, “Why Don’t You Get a Job?” and “The Kids Aren’t Alright” ” became major radio and MTV hits, and the album itself sold more than five million copies in the US. They have sold more than 40 million records worldwide, making them one of the best-selling rock bands in history.

The band consists of lead vocalist and guitarist Dexter Holland, lead guitarist Noodles, bassist Todd Morse, drummer Brandon Pertzborn and multi-instrumentalist Jon Nimoy.
