“There is as much of everything on stage as there should be people with whom I feel good,” says the bard Kazimieras Jakutis-Pagulbis, who is continuing his “White Wolf 2” concert tour around Lithuania. The essential keyword of his work is love: for women, nature, fatherland.

At the concerts, K. Jakutis will present his new album “White Wolf 2”, born after the spring tour. Songwriter and performer K. Jakutis, who performs with an acoustic band, has been searching for his sound for many years and now says he has found it. The acoustic composition of the group is extremely cozy, suitable for smaller spaces.

Vaida Žukauskaitė-Jakutienė (vocals), Gediminas Legas (rhythm), Aurimas Driukas (guitar, keyboards) are on stage together with K. Jakutis.

“The most important thing is that it is very good for all of us together. I feel like I’ve finally found the people I want to be on stage with and I don’t want it to end. When it comes to the composition of the band in terms of instruments, there is just enough of me – neither too much nor too little, because the sound of the instruments does not overshadow the voice and the lyrics.”

K. Jakutis, who performed on the big stages of cultural centers for several years, returned to small halls – the ones where he started his career. Several circumstances led to this decision. The first is the current composition of the group and the instruments, which are more suitable in a smaller space.

Another important moment is the relationship, the connection with the audience: “I feel better in a small space, I have closer contact with people. You can come to him, take his hand. Can speak from the stage and see the eyes of the audience. I really want it, it’s important to me.”
