So don’t miss this special opportunity to see your favourite bands on the same stage and take part in the biggest fiesta of the year, which will take place on 3 December at Kaunas Zalgirio Arena.

MAN-GO

Lithuanian pop music band Man-go was formed in 1998 in Klaipėda. After gaining popularity with the single “Pavasariniai žiedai”, the girl group actively performed and presented new albums for ten years. After a successful musical journey, it was time for a change: in 2008, the group stopped its activities. But in 2014, with new creative forces, Man-go returned to the stage and has been actively performing ever since. In 2018, 7,000 fans gathered at Klaipėda’s Švyturys Arena for the band’s 20th anniversary concert.

Svetimi:

This summer, Man-go has been actively preparing for an exclusive 25th anniversary tour with a live band. The band’s achievements over a quarter of a century include an impressive discography: their albums have gone platinum on several occasions, and the Lithuanian music collection has been enriched with many of Man-go’s hit songs.

The undying support of their fans has contributed to the fact that the girl group has won the Radiocentre Awards four times: in 2000 and 2001, they became the best Lithuanian group of the year, and they won the same nomination in the Bravo Awards (2000). The album “Reikalingi žodžiai” (Necessary Words) was named the best album of the year in 2002. In the same year, Man-go was named the best “Lithuanian TOP 20 band”. A year later, it was awarded the TV3 Audience Sympathy Award. The band’s latest songs are still attracting a huge fan following on the internet, with more than 76 million views on the band’s Youtube channel alone.

Reikejo tiek ne daug:

Before embarking on her solo career, Sandra was one of the three vocalists of Arabesque. This girl group was well known in Europe, but became incredibly popular in Japan, where they released 13 albums and 30 singles. Later, Sandra chose a solo career and her debut album “The Long Play” was already a Top 20 hit in Germany and a Top 5 hit in France. Other albums were also commercial successes. Sandra was a great favourite with the readers of Bravo, one of Germany’s biggest youth magazines (our older audience also remembers the posters of Sandra from this magazine on their living room walls). Between 1988 and 1993, Sandra won nine Bravo Otto statuettes (five of them gold). In 1990, the singer took part in the Enigma project created by her husband M. Cretu.

After a short break due to family and children, Sandra returned in 2009 with the album Back to Life (and in 2012 with Stay in Touch) and has continued to perform successfully ever since. She also has active fan clubs in Germany, Poland and Ukraine.

BAVARIJA

One of the most popular Lithuanian pop music bands of all time, BAVARIJA was formed in 1996 in Klaipėda, and this year it is already in its 27th year of existence. The members of the band are well-known personalities in Lithuania – Deivydas Zvonkus, Vilius Tarasovas and Juozas Liesis.

Throughout its career, Bavarija has won numerous awards in the category of “Best Group of the Year” (Radiocentre Awards, Bravo Awards), 30 of its tracks have been included in the TOP-20 of various Lithuanian radio stations, and more than 150,000 songs have been sold. Bavarija has sold over 150 singles and albums.

The band has created many timeless songs that many of us know by heart – “Noriu lekt“”, “Naktis”, “O man gera cia!”, “Duok man”, “Mes cia!”, “Kažkam čia pragaras, kažkam čia rojus”, “Saule, saule danguje”, “Angelai” and many others.

This Lithuanian pop music girl group was formed in 2005 and this year celebrates 18 years on stage. Karina, Nijolė, Ingrida and Goda – the style sense of these charming young women is unmistakable, and their lyrics are known to thousands of fans. The group has won several important awards, including “Best Debut of the Year” (RC Music Awards), “Group of the Year” (TV3 Children’s Voice and RC Music Awards) and others.

The divas are one of the most anticipated guests both at big events and in the best clubs in the country, and their hits “9 Danguje”, “Velniskas greitis”, “Skrisim”, “Gyvenu”, “Man reikia meiles” and many others have long become the most sought-after on the dancefloors across Lithuania.
