“Amber Couple” is the first, oldest, and longest-running international dancesport competition in Lithuania. Over the years of its existence, the competition has become a springboard for the careers of young dancers. Every year, the best dance sports couples from Lithuania and abroad participate, as well as many top international judges from at least 11 different countries. This year’s Sunday concert program is in support of Ukraine.

Initiators of the competition – well-known Lithuanian dance coaches and referees, honorary citizens of Kaunas Jūratė Norvaišienė and Česlovas Norvaiša and their dance club “Sūkurys”. Organizers of the event – Kaunas Cultural Center, where “Sūkurys” dance since 1963.
